The 3 different testosterone esters provide for different half lives. Esterization of the testosterone molecules provides for a sustained (but non-linear) release of testosterone from the injection depot into the blood plasma.

While the intention of the mixed testosterone esters in test 400 is to provide more stable serum testosterone levels, the long-ester testosterones, such as testosterone cypionate or testosterone Enanthate, provide more stable serum testosterone levels.

Sustanon 250 is a blend of four testosterone esters testosterone propionate, testosterone phenylpropionate, testosterone isocaproate and testosterone decanoate. These esters make Sustanon one of the longest-lasting steroid compounds available today. It is an ideal compound for putting on size and increasing muscle strength.

Primobolan is the injectable version of the steroid methenolone. It is the same compound as the one in Primobolan Orals (methenolone acetate), both produced by Schering. In this injectable version, an enanthate ester is added to the steroid, which makes for a slow and gradual release from the site of injection. Its length of activity would thus be quite similar to Testosterone enanthate, with blood levels remaining elevated for approximately two weeks. Methenolone itself is a long acting anabolic, with extremely low androgenic properties.

One of the most powerful (and hard and expensive to obtain) substances in the trenbolone family, Parabolan is considered to be a superior product in many ways. Much like Finaplix, Parabolan can deliver very intense, lean gains without aromatizing in the body. Its half-life is very long, so injections can be spread out over the course of a week every two to three days should be sufficient.

The biggest concern with Parabolan is that it may be liver and kidney toxic at high doses, although most users report mild to no side effects associated with its use.

Masteron is a powerful anabolic/androgenic steroid derived from DHT that was designed to fight certain forms of breast cancer. It is used by bodybuilders as a bulking and cutting agent, as well as an ancillary drug to combat estrogenic side effects like water-retention. Its toxicity to the liver is very low, although side effects such as acne, hair loss and prostrate enlargement are common.

Possibly the most popular steroid compound of the last few decades, Deca-Durabolin earns its reputation by producing large muscle gains, aiding with joint pain and improving the immune system. These benefits come from a substance that has a relatively low rate of side effects because it doesn't convert to estrogen as much as many of its counterparts. Not that Deca is without its problems. First, Deca needs to be taken over long periods of time (cycles of 12 weeks minimum) for it to be effective. Also, Deca must be taken with testosterone because the body’s natural levels will drop.
